Salads are yummy. And good for you!!!! Salads are also great because you can always tweak your ingredients to your liking. I personally really like balsamic vinaigrette and sesame dressing to go with my salads. I was craving for beans that day for some reason, thus the kidney beans hehe.
Greens (basically whatever floats your boat. i like spinach, lettuce and broccoli!)
Feta Cheese (or whatever your heart may desire)
